My art teacher says my form of work and style of my art is completely different from a lot of other students shes worked with. I am not really a color kind of guy, my last piece I tried shooting for a blasted onslought of Orange Blue and Teal and all that other good stuff. Kind of really wasn't feeling it, She would always ask me why do I like to work with Black and white and sometimes red?
I tell her that in my perspective, those two shades and the red compliment each other very well as the fact that the red really brings out the pieces main emotion whether is be sadness happiness whatever. The two shades coordinate with the each other by allowing to form the basis of the artwork. If that still doesn't get to you, another reason is that black and white is the boundaries of difference. Kind of like the world we live in. Everday people are yet so different but still form that basis and foundation of what life is all about. Then you have red the idealistic sought out folks, always bringing out and voice-ing whatever and never scared to question. Always standing out of the crowd. We'll I finished, well somewhat almost completed this little set I put together I call "BWR" blackxwhitexred. I used tried using different medias but still stuck to my roots but sall good vatos.
